  • India’s largest PPP based fully Automated Multilevel Underground Car Parking with 7 floors below the ground – Kamlanagar, New Delhi for Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
  • Construction of underground Multilevel car parking in the green area at Parad Ground, Subhash Marg in City Zone.
  • Mall St. - An eight-level fully automated car parking space with a capacity of 800 cars cum fully operational Mall. Apart from major brands like Being Human, H&M, etc, it also has Cinema Hall, and the Food Court is coming soon. It is a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of SMS Limited.
  • FSB (Food Says Best) Restaurant - A pure veg. fine dining restaurant opened in 2006 in Nagpur now have three branches, two in Nagpur and one in Delhi. It is specialised in innovative sizzler foods by doing a fusion of Indian and Western delicacies.
  • Kingsway Hospital - Officially opened on 4th Dec' 19, it is Central India’s largest ultramodern multispecialty private hospital with advanced MRI Machine, Paperless ICU, Advanced 64 Slice CT scan, Bone Marrow Transplant facility, and many more. It is spread over 3 lacs Sq. Ft, with 300+ beds and 40+ departments and is very near to Main Nagpur Railway and Metro station
