Mall Street, formerly known as Spark Mall and Parking Private Limited, is a subsidiary dedicated to developing cutting-edge multi-level car parking cum commercial complexes. Assigned by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Mall Street focuses on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in Kamla Nagar, New Delhi. This project boasts a unique design, featuring eight underground floors equipped with advanced automatic robotic parking facilities. Additionally, Mall Street offers approximately 50,000 square feet of commercial space, leasing to renowned retail brands. Committed to efficient infrastructure management and environmental protection, Mall Street conducts research and development for pollution control technologies, contributing to a cleaner and greener future.
